Important Information

For some treatments, patch tests are required at least 48hours beforehand (negative test result does not guarantee no future reaction will occur)

Any failure to follow aftercare advice is completely at your own risk

A non-refundable deposit/booking fee is required for all treatments booked
• Deposits/Booking Fees are not equal to any cancellation or other fees
• Some services and packages must be paid upfront in full
• Fees are per treatment so multiple fees may apply to one appointment
• The fee amounts will be deducted from your final bill
• If over 48hours notice is given, this fee may be transferred to another booking; a maximum of two times, within 6weeks of the original booking (otherwise, a new fee will need to be paid)
• These fees also apply to bookings made using gift vouchers (the amounts will be deducted from the vouchers value) -
48hours notice must be given when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment or treatment
• 48-24hours notice will result in a charge amounting to 50% of the booking total
• Less than 24hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the booking total
• Late notice charges must be paid before any new appointments can be made
• Arriving late may be treated as late notice cancellation. (Some services may still be offered, entirely at our discretion, depending on the time available etc. But regardless of any treatments that are/are not given, the full booking cost will still be charged)
• These charges also apply to bookings made using gift vouchers (the amounts will be deducted from the vouchers value) -
Due to the nature of the products & tools used within the salon, children & pets are not permitted at any time

Individuals under 18 coming for treatments must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian (no under 16s permitted)

We reserve the right the refuse any services at any time
